Hands down the best auto shop I have ever found. I will take my car nowhere else. All of their employees are great but one that stands out goes by the name of Chris. He is extremely professional, friendly, and most importantly, knowledgeable. With it being so easy these days for car shops to run up your bill on unnecessary repairs, it feels great to know I have a shop I can't trust.

Any dealership can sell a new car, but the service is where it really counts!!!

I drove my vehicle probably 1500 miles from the Carolina to South Dakota. The dash cracked from the change of temperatures which was connected or surrounding the air vents and Navigation. I told Tracy that I had to get the vehicle in quick to meet the warranty because I knew a new dash would be very expensive. He got the part in ASAP and my car into the shop with a courtesy car. Tracy Fuerstenau 1st class treatment has been spoken to me from my family and acquaintances in town. He has always taken pride in his job, and he told me that is the benefit of living in Watertown people take care of each other. I just would like to thank him for making a broken car experience enjoyable. Any dealership can sell a new car, but the service is where it really counts!!!

He was vey helpful and accommodating to ensure i was getting the vehicle i wanted with all the options i wanted. In all other accidents, the ABs will not inflate. To decrease the risk of injury from an inflating AB, always wear seatbelts, sit upright in the middle of the seat as far back as possible and do not lean against the door. Do not put objects in front of an AB or around the seatback. Do not use a rearward-facing child seat in any front passenger seat. The force of an inflating AB may cause serious injury or death.
